Prescription long-acting testosterone ester used in TRT. Controlled substance in many places.
Testosterone cypionate is a prescription form of testosterone used in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). The 'cypionate' part refers to the ester attached, which gives it a long-acting release.
It carries strong clinical evidence, so TRKD+ lists it at a Strong tier. In many places testosterone is a controlled substance as well as a prescription medication.
Because it is prescription-only, any decision about it and any dosing belong with a licensed provider under medical supervision. TRKD+ describes it and lets you track a regimen you are already on. It does not recommend or prescribe.
